We live in a world now that tells us if we are not paper thin (but not too thin) that we are fat. We are told on more occasions than we can count that we need to change our bodies if we want to be ‘loved.’

This is complete bullshit. We all deserve to be loved and appreciated no matter what size we are. No matter what people call you; ugly, fat, gross, or even weird… YOU ARE NOT. You are fine exactly how you are. Your weight and/or appearance has nothing to do with whether or not you deserve to be treated like a normal human being.

It is really easy to let those nasty people win and feel bad about yourself but, you shouldn’t. You are amazing and you deserve the world. You should always remember that there is no superior size that everyone is meant to be. Human beings come in all shapes and sizes. Numbers do not define how good of a person you are.

You are giving too much power to the scale, don’t even bother to get on it if it is making you that upset. Not everyone has the same beauty standards. Just because one person thinks you’re unattractive does not mean the whole world does. THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE FOR EVERYONE.

If you really truly want to lose weight for yourself and yourself alone, give it a go but don’t change yourself for other people. Love yourself and be who you are no matter what. Self-love is a big leap but it is one that will make you feel a million times better. There will be a wonderful man that will come into your life someday and sweep you off of your feet no matter how big or how small you are.

He will not care and he will love all of you, every single bit. There is nothing wrong with being big and there is nothing wrong with being little. Be true to yourself and love will find you when you are ready.

You are amazing and if other people don’t see it right now they will someday. The people who are being shitty to you will look back on how they’ve treated you someday and wish they had done things differently. You deserve the world, go out and take it!
