As human beings, we often make the mistake of looking to others for validation of our worth. When we don’t get the validation we’re seeking it can be devastating.

Should we really be leaving our self-worth in the hands of everyone but ourselves? NO! We should not be allowing others to determine whether we are okay or not. We are not going to get anywhere in life by seeking the approval of the assholes around us. Seeking the approval of those who do not matter makes us anxious and in most cases leaves us feeling like we aren’t good enough.

Don’t you think it would be exhausting to live your life worrying about whether you’re important to others day in and day out? While this is probably a phrase you have heard all too often it is true. You need to love yourself. You have to take the time to validate yourself. This is a process you will have to learn.

Give yourself the acceptance and approval you seek. Take the time to meditate and find your true self, accept yourself for who you are. Your higher mind knows you much better than you’d think. Treat yourself better. Stop telling yourself that you aren’t good enough or that there is something wrong with you.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are amazing. Stop ignoring your feelings and stop trapping yourself in all this negative energy. The better you treat yourself the better others will treat you. If you don’t love yourself you’re just telling others that it is okay to do the same and it is not. You are worthy of love and validation. No one should ever think it is okay to tell you otherwise.

Your life is going to be so much better when you learn to validate yourself and stop looking to others for happiness. You are more than enough for this life and there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone in your life is lucky to have you and they should know it. You are worthy, change your life for the better. Accept yourself.
