We are all energy and whether we are positive or negative is up to us. Negative thinking can and will lead to a negative outcome if we do not counter it with something positive in time.

When we take on a positive approach to life we are giving ourselves much more than we think. We are improving our overall quality in this world. If you live a toxic lifestyle and promote nothing but negative energy then you will never be happy.

Attracting positive energy and clearing the negative is something we have to do in order to maintain ourselves. If you are unsure of how to do this please follow the steps below. Through meditation, you can achieve the positivity you need to make your life better.

Get comfortable.

Find the length of your spine and close your eyes. Focus on your breathing and really let go of life and the things you are stressed by. Be in this moment and let yourself relax.

Press your forehead.

Firmly press your third eye with your index finger, hold this position for a few minutes and then release your hand.

Visualize your third eye.

Imagine your third eye opening. Envision yourself following the path of your dreams. Think of all the good things in your life and everything you have going for you.

Think of future success.

Feel the future, really think about the things you will be able to achieve. Don’t dwell on them but definitely touch on them.

Release your negativity.

Let go of any lingering negative thoughts. Tell your mind to wash them away. Reassure yourself that the universe does not put you on a specific path without reason, you are where you need to be.

Meditation freely.

Do this for a few minutes before ending the session, in this, you should be attaching positive energy to yourself through the steps before.

This is something that will only take about 20 minutes of your time and benefit you greatly. You may see results quickly or it may take some time. That depends on how much negativity you are holding onto. The universe will take care of you, don’t worry.
