We are all unhappy from time to time, but what causes our unhappiness? Is it the situation or how we think of the situation?

We tend to always make things much worse by overthinking them. No matter what it is we should not dwell on things. For those of you who have trouble keeping your vibrations up chances are you are not doing the following things.

1. Live with no regrets.

As cheesy as it sounds it needs to be done. Spending all our time regretting mistakes of the past will not do anything positive for anyone.

2. Do not rely on other people to do things for you.

When it comes to getting things done you need to be the one who makes changes and do whatever it takes to ensure you have whatever you need.

3. Love without attachment.

This is one of the hardest things you will ever learn to do but it will help you so much. Nothing is ever going to stay the same, things are always changing.

4. Embrace change.

Don’t miss out on an opportunity because you are stuck in the past. Don’t let something that no longer matters get in the way of your future. You are stronger than that.

5. Stop Worrying.

Just because we want something to work does not mean it will. Trust is a huge issue in this day and age. Stop worrying so much.

6. Be open-minded.

Yes, we all are subject to some form of programmed behavior but keeping ourselves locked up and focused on one limited set of beliefs is terrible. It will not help you in any way. Your mind is the limit, set yourself free.

7. Don’t feel guilty.

You have done nothing wrong. You do not need to hold yourself to the standards of other people. No matter what is going on in your life please don’t feel guilty for being true to who you are.

8. Commit to someone.

Yes, make a commitment. See how this makes you feel and go from there. Relationships are far more important than material possessions.

9. Stop being so afraid.

You are afraid of everything and it is so sad. You need to learn how to be the strong wonderful woman you are on the inside on the outside as well.

10. You need to remember you are not always right.

Sometimes you are wrong, IT HAPPENS. DEAL WITH IT.

11. Do not let judgmental people bother you.

People judge one another, it is just how things work. We hold ourselves on a different level than those around us and we either feel like we are below or above them. Each time you notice yourself being judged it can be a bit of a downer.

12. You are not always the victim.

Sometimes the issue IS your fault, sorry.

13. Your problems are no one’s fault but your own.

Stop blaming other people.

14. Do not close yourself off from the world.

There is a lot to learn in this world and chances are you haven’t even touched the tip of the iceberg yet. Get out there.

15. Do what makes you happy.

If being a gypsy makes you happy, do it. Do whatever your little heart desires and nothing less. You deserve true happiness and that cannot be achieved without working at it.
